Frozen Orb is a strong lategame focussed build for Season 4 & Eternal. Due to a heavy nerf hitting the build, it will require very heavy cooldown reduction breakpoints to be viable.

Conjuration Mastery.

- Infinite Mana out of the box.
Cons
- Very Expensive to Build
- Needs very heavy Investment into Attack Speed
